About Proknoz

Proknoz is a personal project that produces sports predictions using statistical models. It covers football, Formula 1, WRC rallying, and professional cycling.

What makes it different

Every prediction comes with a transparent explanation of the model's reasoning — which factors contributed most, in which direction, and with what strength. The site tracks its own accuracy over time with rigorous metrics (Brier score, log-loss, calibration curves), all publicly visible.

How it works

Data is collected from free public sources and fed into sport-specific statistical models.

Predictions are generated automatically by the models. No human editing, no cherry-picking. When the model is wrong, you'll see it on the Performance page.
